The hotel writes "two big bedrooms, spacious living room" and a kitchen, "2-5 PERSONS", and "Maximum capacity 5 adults". It lists a king-size bed of 180 cm by 210 cm, or twin beds of 90 cm by 210 cm, "Extra bed for children under the age of 12", and "Extra bed for an adult in the living room". The balcony is given as 30 m². A baby crib is "if requested by a guest" and is not counted. The page does not give the suite's floor area.
Booking.com, 31 Jul 2027 to 7 Aug 2027, 2 adults, 3 children, 1 room, GBP. Room id 216635106. The Deluxe Suite with Sea View was recommended for 2 adults, 3 children, with Select rooms, and "We have 1 left". Bed line: bedroom 1 has 1 large double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, living room has 1 sofa bed. 1,507 square feet, which is 140 m² after dividing by 10.764. Private kitchen, ensuite bathroom, balcony, sea view. £6,837 for the week, taxes included, exceptional breakfast included. A free-cancellation breakfast rate on the same room was £7,195, taxes included, also with Select rooms. The line "Max adults: 2, Max children: 3" repeats the search.
The large double on that Booking.com row is filed as a double, not a king. The hotel's king-size line is on the same amenity list as the twin option. The priced layout is the one Booking.com prints for this suite, not both options added together.
The Presidential Suite (room id 216635105) has the same bed line at 1,938 square feet. It was selectable that week at £7,353 with breakfast. It is not this room. Standard doubles are a different category and do not sleep five.
The hotel says Podgorica airport is about 45 km and 40 minutes via the Sozina tunnel. transfer_minutes is 40. It says Tivat airport is 28 km and does not give minutes for that drive.
