Hotel page checked 1 Nov 2026: https://greenliferesorts.bg/en/room/17/2-bedroom-deluxe-suite. The hotel titles this room "2 bedroom Deluxe Suite" and writes "Suitable for up to five people, with 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom and a terrace with sea views" and a "spacious living room". It does not name the beds and it does not give the floor area. The same site's Deluxe Suite page (https://greenliferesorts.bg/en/room/16/deluxe-suite) says that room is suitable for up to four people, with two bedrooms and no living room. That is not this listing.
Booking.com, 31 Jul 2027 to 7 Aug 2027, 2 adults, 3 children, 1 room, GBP. Room id 740803602. The Junior Suite with Balcony was recommended for 2 adults, 3 children, with Select rooms, and "We have 2 left". Bed line: bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, living room has 1 sofa bed. 861 square feet, which is 80 m² after dividing by 10.764 and rounding. Balcony, view, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom. £2,853 for the week, taxes included, continental breakfast included. Booking.com labels this "Sign in for this members-only price". The struck-through price on the same line was £4,171. A second continental-breakfast rate on the same room was £3,453, also marked members-only, with Select rooms. The line "Max adults: 2, Max children: 3" repeats the search. The hotel page does not state an age limit for the fifth person.
The hotel's own photo of one bedroom in this suite shows one large bed made up as a double. Booking.com's priced line for this suite is 2 single beds in each bedroom, not a double. The listing uses that Booking.com bed line. It does not add the photographed double on top of the singles. The fifth place is the sofa bed in the living room.
The Deluxe Suite on the same Booking.com table (room id 740803601) is 2 single beds in each bedroom, 646 square feet, max adults 4, with no sofa bed. It was selectable that week from £2,386 with breakfast. It sleeps 4. It is not this room.
Booking.com's property description says the hotel is 500 metres from Kavatsi Beach and has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and the page shows a Private beach label. The hotel's Antares advantages line says an umbrella and two sun loungers at the NOIR area are included, plus parking in front of the hotel. The Antares pages do not mention a kids' club.
